Let me start off with a positive note, the fire place is great and so is the build quality.
Now onto the negatives.
1. Lack of communication
When i received my firepit only half showed up. I looked for a phone number so i could call them but the website said it will be down for the next few months. I filled in the online form informing them i only received half my package and to this day haven't received a response. I did end up receiving the second half a few days later.
2. Misleading description
The main reason i bought this firepit was because the add stated it came with a carry case. While it does come with a carry case all of the loose parts of the fire pit don't fit in the carry case only half does. The description does not explain this at all, now i have store half of my firepit and a lot of small pieces loosely in my camper, while the other half is in the carry case.

As explained in our reply to you on March 24, bigger products are often sent in two packages to save on shipping costs. Most of the time, they arrive together; however, sometimes they don’t. Glad to hear the second package arrived a few days later. Perhaps check your spam folder.
All of your Compact Campfire should pack up into the carry case however, it is only designed for the Fire Pit itself, not for any extras such as the Rotisserie Kit, Rotisserie support brackets, Multi Tool, Quality Leather Safety Gloves that are included in the kit you purchased. This is to keep the fire pits nice and compact. Thank you for your feedback. We have just updated our Compact Campfire listings to mention that the Carry Case will only fit the fire pit itself.
