Shipping policy

As we work directly with manufacturers your order is usually sent straight from the manufacturer to your nominated shipping address and will usually include a tracking number. If ordering several items it is not uncommon for them to arrive in individual packages.

Some manufacturers will be able to send your order off on the same business day however some are made to order and occasionally face some delays. We will do our best to keep you informed and updated. Products that are made to order will notify you in the listing description.
