At AMD Touring, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please take note of our return policy, which is designed to provide clarity and transparency regarding product returns.
Change of Mind Returns / Change of Circumstances:
Unless otherwise specified, we do not accept returns for change of mind or Change of Cirumstances. We encourage our customers to carefully review product details, descriptions, and compatibility before making a purchase.
Returnable Products: Products that are eligible for returns will be mentioned in the product description. This decision is at the discretion of the individual manufacturer or seller. If you are uncertain about a specific product's return eligibility, feel free to contact us for clarification. However, it is ultimately the manufacturer's or seller's choice whether a product is returnable.
Return Postage: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise mentioned in the description or mutually agreed upon. AMD Touring must have the return tracking number.
Return Fees: Manufacturers may impose a fee for change of mind/change of circumstances returns at their discretion. If a return fee applies to a product you wish to return we will let you know during the returns process.
Return Policy for Free Items Included in an Order:
At AMD Touring, we appreciate your business and occasionally offer Free Items as part of promotional or bundle offers. To maintain fairness and transparency in our return process, please take note of the following guidelines regarding Free Items:
- Return of Free Items: Should you decide to initiate a return for an order that includes Free Items, kindly ensure that the Free Items are also returned in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund. Failure to return the Free Items or returning them in a non-resalable condition will result in the equivalent value of these items being deducted from your refund.
- Deducting Full Item Price: If you opt to retain the Free Items and return other items from your order, the full item price of the Free Items will be deducted from your refund, unless the value of the remaining unreturned items covers the total value and/or terms of the Free Items.
- Covering Upsell Value and/or Terms: To avoid a deduction for the Free Items, the total value and/or Terms of the items you wish to keep must cover the original value and/or terms of the offer. If the combined value and/or Terms of the unreturned items do not equal or exceed the value and/or Terms of the offer, the deduction will be applied.
- Review and Inquiry: We encourage you to thoroughly review your order details before initiating a return. If you have any questions or require further clarification about the return process and its impact on Free Items, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you with any queries or concerns you may have.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (Minor wear and tear accepted), with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@amdtouring.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food.), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
