Hi Sandra, as explained via email, these are sent in an untracked envelope, and your order was indeed sent. Unfortunately, it seems it has been lost in transit as it hasn't arrived. Once we were made aware of the issue, we sent 2 stickers out to you free of charge in a tracked envelope this time.
To be clear, we can not provide excellent customer service if customers don't communicate that they are still waiting on their order before leaving a review.
Even with tracked orders (Which are most products), we need to be informed of delays and stuck/lost in transit orders so that we can bring up the order and work with our customer. We understand our customers are often preparing to go away, and as such, we work with them, including when delays / lost in transit situations happen. That's why we are proud to be rated 4.9 stars by our customers.
Please understand that once a package is in the hands of a shipping carrier, we have no control over delays or if it is lost in transit.
