After Australia post was slow in delivering my goods, the company sent me another order in good faith,
Not supplier’s fault for long delivery, very helpful and communication was excellent

Slow freight

Freight took far too long1 month, still have not received

Hi Terry I can understand your frustration with slow shipping however I believe there has been a misunderstanding.

You placed your order on Saturday the 19th of August. (Only 2 weeks ago from when you made this review.)
It was shipped on Monday the 21st of August.
(Australia Post isn't open on Weekends.)

Broome is considered a remote location to Australia Post so they typically allow 8-11 Business days for Regular Post.
Today is the 11th Business day since placing your order.

Upon checking your shipping tracking I can see that your parcel is still in ACT so I have just contacted Australia Post to find out why it has been delayed. If your package doesn't move from ACT by Wednesday morning I will send a second package Express Postage free of charge for you and I will communicate with Australia Post to get the original package located and returned to us.
I will follow up with you privately via Email.

I would also like to note that AMD Touring has no control over shipping delays / Missing packages however when we become aware of Delays / Missing Packages we can work with our customers and the courier to find a solution that gets the customer their order sooner.
If a parcel is unable to be found by the Courier we will often send a replacement package and then follow up with the Courier over the next few days to find the original package and get it returned to us.
That is just 1 of many things we do to provide a 5-star customer service experience for our customers.

Great quality

I was a little worried about the strength of these but they hold Pegless clothes lines even with washing on them which is what I bought them them for. Highly recommend.
