Put 80mls in the tank then topped up the diesel in a hilux single cab 2007. Has picked up some blow by recently and a bit noisy when starting. Took it for a drive and on way back lost power and big cloud of black smoke think oh no. But then it picked up and seemed to run better Only time will tell in it was a coincidence.
