It's unfortunate that Australia Post lost the original Sticker and even more unfortunate that we had sold our 75's last sticker! As we were unable to send one directly, we contacted the manufacturer to call in a favour. It took an extra few days to arrange, but we paid for and got not 1 but 2 stickers sent express post directly to you.
On top of this, we also fully refunded you. There are a lot of great businesses out there that offer great customer service, but I would struggle to name one that goes above and beyond to make it right when things do go wrong. We understand our customers are often away or are going away, and that's why we work with them to make it work for them.
